We brought you this story yesterday. According to the Byrns Report. Rep. Wesselhoft is actually still in town and isn’t leaving for leave his conference until after the election:
“Last week, a press release from Dustin McGowen, candidate for House District 54, attacked incumbent Paul Wesselhoft for leaving the state….That is very interesting considering the fact that the Mrs. and I ran into Wesselhoft while he was out campaigning in the district at 5pm on Saturday. In fact, he informed me that he does not leave for the conference until after the election.”

Why not ask the Fox 25 reporter that caught Rep Wesselhoft red-handed as he was at Will Rogers about to board a plane for Chicago on Friday afternoon? Seems that getting caught skipping town threw a kink into Wesselhoft’s plans….

Haha. I guess I’d stick around, too, if I got caught red-handed.

I know for a fact that Paul was not at the airport on Friday. You people are nuts; he ALWAYS planned to leave the day after the election and never had a ticket to leave any earlier!
