Love him or loathe him, nobody disagrees that Tom Coburn has guts. Known nationally as “Dr. No,” Sen. Coburn is profiled in today’s WAPO. The bottom line: Coburn knows how to stand on principle, something so many Republicans seem to have forgotten. And saving the taxpayers $10 billion isn’t half bad either!

Dr. Tom Coburn’s Optical company -grew jobs in Virginia , he has successfully run a business and was President of his business class as well as medical school class and is exactly the MAVERICK SHERIFF McCAIN NEEDS NEXT TO HIM IN THE WHITE HOUSE, and best chance for McCAIN TO WIN – SENATOR COBURN HAS AMERICA’S BEST HEALTHCARE PLAN – SENATE BILL S1019, and can win VP Econ./ Healthcare debate against any Dem, and he has never voted for a single Earmark.
