The fact is Henry has had a pretty good run as governor. He’s also been lucky. But, he’s not bullet-proof. He does have some vulnerabilities Republicans can go after.First, it is a big deal that government spending has gone up 30 percent during Henry’s tenure. The state has done well revenue-wise due to the upturn in the energy industry. And, it is true the state has had some catching up to do in regards to funding agencies that have had shortfalls.
